At Blussence.com, our products are shipped directly from our supplier, Suplifull. The delivery time is generally 10 to 15 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return if the product does not meet your expectations. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or an error on our part.
